Practicing for more than one child????

This is a picture of a project going on at the Dean household this past month. Jeremy has taken it upon himself to attempt to save these eggs. Late July a duck layed eggs in our neighbor's backyard. It eventually abandoned the eggs because one kept sliding down the hill and she had to move the nest.

Jeremy has even done research on how to care for the eggs. He even got the neighbor boy and our baby girl excited about turning the eggs and keeping them at the right temperture. Our baby girl would ask to see the eggs in the morning to watch Jeremey turn them. I don't know why Jeremy has put it upon himself to attempt to save the eggs. The only thing I can think of is that his is praticing for becoming a father of two.

I attempted to help at times to care for the eggs, but I had my own little to care for inside me. Actually that is sort of what has been keeping me from blogging. The nausea is much worse with Baby Dean #2 than it was with our baby girl. Needless to say due to the extreme temperature we had in St. Louis this past month not one of the ducks made it. It is awesome that God has a better way for babies to grow and incubate so to speak.
